Kalima's partner publishers are responsible for selecting the appropriate translator to work on a specific title. Whilst Kalima does not currently work directly with translators, it is committed to investing in translation as a career, and plans to set up initiatives such as scholarships which will encourage and develop the next generation of translators. Kalima is also building a database of translators.
